Here you’ll get to:
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify, conceptualize, and execute visual content needs, including photography, graphic/multimedia design, and video production.
  • Lead a team of in-house and external, contracted content creators to develop and produce visual content.
  • Manage freelance content creators to ensure visual content requirements are met.
  • Evaluate and assign incoming projects based on priority, workload capacity, and individual team member skill sets, including freelancers when appropriate.
  • Actively monitor and reprioritize open projects as needed to meet delivery timelines. 
  • Lead a team of in-house and external, contracted content creators to develop and produce visual content.
  • Foster direct, collaborative relationships with artists, managers, and external support teams. Maintain a presence on set during production as designated by the Creative Director, including travel as appropriate and in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Circulate works-in-progress and facilitate feedback between project stakeholders and production teams.
  • Ensure timely delivery of final photo, video, and design assets.
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify and optimize opportunities for visual content placement. Build and maintain relationships with both established and emerging photographers, video directors, producers, production companies, creative agencies, and graphic/multimedia designers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hair & makeup artists, wardrobe stylists, and talent agencies. 
  • Coordinate hair, makeup, and wardrobe artists for all photo, video, public relations, or special event needs.
  • Ensure final video assets are delivered accurately and on time to internal feeds and DSPs.
  • Organize digital assets.
  • Coordinate with legal and business affairs to confirm necessary video clearances as well any contracts that are needed.
  • Collaborate with radio, streaming, marketing and artists development departments on release schedules.
  • Work with artists and their managers, along with internal teams, to craft marketing campaigns.
About You
  • You possess extensive knowledge of photography, multimedia design, and video production from concept to final delivery.
  • You have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and keen attention to detail.
  • You are personable with professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • You can adhere to deadlines and handle multiple, diverse assignments.
  • You have a general understanding of production equipment, personnel, and workflow.
  • You can build, edit, and evaluate production budgets.
  • You have a basic understanding of current and emerging video platforms.
  • You have general computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • You can effectively communicate internally and externally in a manner consistent with the company’s core values.
  • You can commit to a work schedule without time restrictions.
  • You can read and understand materials and documents and have the ability to recognize and extract critical data and information.
  • You have the ability to perform all diverse physical tasks necessary to complete all essential duties and responsibilities of the position.
  • You are able to work with all necessary functions of a computer to complete the essential duties and responsibilities of the position.
