Georgia native Park Chisolm is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and producer who is equally at home crafting songs for Music Row artists and creating sonic landscapes for award-winning film and television projects. A Nashville mainstay since the late ’90s, Chisolm now splits his time between Central Virginia and Music City, continuing to build a career defined by range, musicality, and storytelling.
He has cuts with major label artists including Kenny Chesney, Blake Shelton, Ashley McBryde, Aubrie Sellers, Jackson Dean, where he also earned co-production credits, and Lainey Wilson, contributing as both a songwriter and guitarist. He co-wrote, produced, and mixed the debut album for Monument Records’ genre-bending artist Pillbox Patti, showcasing his ability to bring a fully realized creative vision to life. His work has also been featured across major networks including VH1, ESPN, PBS, the History Channel, and Paramount Network.

Chisolm is a primary songwriter and longtime member of Kevin Costner’s band Modern West, a role he has held since the early 2000s. In addition to performing on electric guitar and keys, he has co-produced the band’s last two albums, Famous For Killing Each Other, a concept project tied to Costner’s award-winning miniseries Hatfields & McCoys, which includes the theme song “I Know These Hills” (Chisolm/Costner/Morgan), and Tales From Yellowstone, inspired by and featured in the hit television series Yellowstone. Most recently, he wrote and recorded the theme for the Kevin Costner-produced History Channel miniseries The West.
