KENNY WHITMIRE

Originally from Woodstock, Georgia, music was at the forefront of Kenny Whitmire 's upbringing. His father, a touring musician with Christian rock bands in Atlanta, introduced him to the guitar at age 12. Growing up singing in church, while also being surrounded by classic rock, Kenny developed a deep appreciation and understanding for music early on. By the time he started high school, he discovered a love for country music specifically. Motivated by his passions, Kenny made the move to Nashville in January 2022 & set out to write with everyone and anyone he could. One of his very first collaborators in town was with an also new-to-town songwriter named Austin Snell, which led to most importantly, a friendship, but secondly, Kenny's first job in Nashville - a touring guitarist for Snell. Since joining the band, Kenny has had the pleasure of sharing the stage with major country acts such as Jason Aldean, Brantley Gilbert, and Chase Matthew, to name a few. When Kenny isn't shredding guitar in front of sold-out crowds, he's spending his days writing songs directly influenced from the storytelling of his inspirations such as George Jones, Merle Haggard, Vince Gill, Randy Travis and more. He has landed cuts with artists such as Snell, Cole Goodwin, Avery Roberson, Cody Lohden and more, and in 2025, he signed his first publishing deal with River House Artists.
